Jennifer Hart is a corporate communications leader, training facilitator and ICF-certified coach with a talent for building relationships and aligning expectations among diverse individuals, organizations and interests. Jennifer founded Intelektularo to help individuals and organizations enhance performance by bridging the gaps between leadership, culture and communication. Jennifer is a versatile facilitator who has led scores of communication, leadership and team-building training initiatives around the world.  Jennifer also coaches clients from all walks of life through a wide range of topics - beginning with self-initiated strategies to "survive," and working towards breakthroughs to "thrive."

Deepti Gudipati, MSOD,  ACC

Deepti Gudipati is a leadership coach, consultant and master facilitator with over a decade of experience in leadership and organizational development. Deepti strives to empower clients with the strategy, skills and tools they need to own the change process and see tangible results quickly with a highly collaborative approach that is grounded in experiential learning and inclusive design. She is especially adept at unlocking new levels of awareness, coaching across cultures, and aligning a leader’s natural strengths with organizational need. Throughout her career, Deepti has taken on sizeable entrepreneurial challenges, led diverse groups of stakeholders and ideated across multiple perspectives to execute successful programs and trainings.

Alan Heymann, JD, PCC

Alan Heymann has a knack for coaching fellow introverts, helping them find their superpowers in an extroverted world. Alan also specializes in coaching through transitions — such as the transition from individual contributor to leader, the transition into a larger and more complex role, or the transition into a different career. He brings a warm, open and energetic presence to his coaching clients clients.  Alan is the author of the book Don’t Just Have the Soup: 52 Analogies for Leadership, Coaching and Life.  An expert communicator and engaging speaker, Alan spent more than two decades in public, government and nonprofit communication, and brings a warm, open and energetic presence to his coaching clients.
