Jennifer Hart Bio

Jennifer Hart is a corporate communications leader, training facilitator, and ICF-certified coach with a talent for building relationships and aligning expectations among diverse individuals, organizations and interests. Jennifer founded Intelektularo  to help individuals and organizations enhance performance by bridging the gaps between leadership, culture and communication

Jennifer is a versatile facilitator who has led scores of communication, leadership, and team-building training initiatives around the world. Jennifer also coaches clients from all walks of life through a wide range of topics – beginning with self-initiated strategies to “survive,” and working towards breakthroughs to “thrive.”  

Jennifer brings more than a decade of leadership experience to her practice and a strong track record of building motivating environments and managing, coaching, and retaining diverse global teams. Throughout her career, she has managed communications and engagement initiatives around complex and sensitive issues. Today, she offers her clients a multifaceted perspective and deep empathy shaped by two decades of navigating rapidly changing environments and divergent legal and values systems.  Her own twenty-five-year career includes stints in government and consulting in the United States, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe and a deep-rooted appreciation for cross-cultural engagement.

Jennifer holds ICF Professional Certified Coach credentials and a certificate from American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program. She is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® certified practitioner, and authorized partner/facilitator of Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors™, The Leadership Circle, and What Motivates Me™ assessments for use in both coaching and training.

Jennifer earned a BA from American University and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Jennifer is also an avid world traveler, and has chronicled many of her adventures on her travel blog. A passionate student of language and culture, she is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and French, maintains a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian, and speaks basic Indonesian.
