About Jennifer
Jennifer Hart is an executive coach, training facilitator and consultant with a passion for and expertise in bridging the gaps between leadership and communication and aligning stakeholders with divergent viewpoints.
Jennifer founded Intelektularo with a vision of helping client organizations grow and become more successful by helping their expert practitioners increase personal impact, and become better colleagues and great leaders.
Jennifer brings more than a decade of leadership and coaching experience to her practice, along with a strong track record of building motivating environments and managing, coaching, and retaining diverse global teams. She understands first-hand the challenge of slowing down while feeling the need to run, as well as the stress, pressure, and sleep-deprivation that come with building high stakes careers.
Prior to establishing Intelektularo in 2015, Jennifer’s 20-year career included management-level positions in government and consulting in the United States, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe – experiences that produced a deep-rooted appreciation for cross-cultural engagement.
An active member of the International Coach Federation, Jennifer received coaching certification through American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program. Jennifer is certified in a number of assessments and methodologies for use in both coaching and training, including:
Jennifer earned a BA from American University and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She is professionally proficient in Mandarin Chinese and French, maintains a working knowledge of Spanish, and speaks basic Italian and Indonesian.
