LEGO® Serious Play®

LSP is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem-solving technique that draws on extensive research in business, organizational development, psychology and learning. Relying on “wisdom of the hands” LEGO® elements become three-dimensional models of team, organizational, and business issues and challenges. By eliciting metaphors, narratives and constructions, LSP is a highly inclusive process (everyone builds, no one dominates) that can improve mutual understanding and provide a safe environment for playing out different scenarios and testing different options while encouraging collaboration, creativity, knowledge sharing, engagement and inspiration.
